Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"ABSORVEDOR DE VIBRAçãO ELASTOMéRICO HARMONIZADO"<D>. Um absorvedor de vibração harmonizado inclui uma chapa de montagem dotada de pelo menos dois e, alternativamente, quatro orifícios de montagem em relação espaçada de um eixo geométrico central longitudinal da chapa. Uma mola elastomérica é unida à chapa de montagem. Uma massa de sintonia principal é unida à mola elastomérica oposta à chapa de montagem, e massas de sintonia fina são rebitadas diretamente na massa de sintonia principal. Ambas a mola elastomérica e a massa principal têm um perfil retangular para manter uma altura de baixo perfil a partir da chapa de montagem. Uma cobertura é formada de uma única lâmina de metal dobrada para formar uma caixa retangular com um lado aberto. A cobertura inclui flanges de montagem com orifícios que se alinham com os orifícios de montagem à chapa de montagem.
