''MEDIADORES DE ELETRODOS DE BIOSSENSORES PARA REGENERAçãO DE COFATORES'' A presente invenção se baseia na descoberta de compostos mediadores de NAD^ +^ e NADP^ +^ que não se ligam irreversivelmente a grupos tiol nos sítios ativos de enzimas desidrogenase intracelulares. Esses compostos mediadores evitam um modo comum de inibição de enzima. Os mediadores, portanto, podem aumentar a estabilidade e a confiabilidade da resposta elétrica em eletrodos amperométricos construídos com enzimas dependentes de NAD ou NADP.
