Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO E EMPREGO DE CAMADAS REATIVAS LATENTES ESTáVEIS AO ARMAZENAMENTO OU PóS DE POLIISOCIANATOS SóLIDOS DOS DESATIVADOS SUPERFICIALMENTE E POLìMEROS DE DISPERSãO COM GRUPOS FUNCIONAIS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a processos para a preparação de camadas e pós reativos latentes, estáveis ao armazenamento de poliisocianatos sólidos desativados superficialmente e dispersões o soluções aquosas de polímeros reativos aos isocianatos, os quais podem ser aplicados como adesivos ou revestimentos. Estas dispersões, suspensões ou soluções aquosas podem ser aplicadas sobre um substrato em forma adequada, depois a água pode ser removida em uma tem abaixo da temperaturas de reação dos isocianatos, sendo que isto pode ser efetuado acima da temperatura de amolecimento dos polímero. à temperatura ambiente originam-se camadas secas, essencialmente anidras, que em temperatura abaixo da temperatura de reação dos poliisocianatos são estáveis ao armazenamento e permanecem capazes de reação. Pela ação de temperaturas acima da temperatura de reação dos poliisocianatos desativados superficialmente originam-se mediante reações com os grupos funcionais do polímero camadas reticuladas com alta estabilidade ao calor e elevada resistência química. Os produtos reativos latentes em forma de camada ou pó servem para a produção de compostos adesivos e revestimentos.
