Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A PREVISãO E REGULAçãO DE UM VALOR CARACTERìSTICO DE ENROLAMENTO DE PAPEL EM UM DISPOSITIVO DE ENROLAMENTO DE PAPEL<D>. Para obter uma espessura de camadas de enrolamento constante ao enrolar uma tira de papel, que representa um parâmetro de qualidade decisivo no processo de produção de papel, a força de linha ou a força de tração da tira do papel é corrigida como força de influência. Com a ajuda de medições é determinada a relação entre força e espessura de camadas que é programado em um regulador. No caso de dispositivos de enrolamento, via de regra é enrolado de um tambor para uma estação de enrolamento, de modo que a presente invenção aproveita a relação entre processo de enrolamento e de desenrolamento no sentido de que a mudança da espessura de camada é medida, e com estes valores de medição é programado um previsor. Durante a operação, para a regulação de um dispositivo de enrolamento de papel, é medido um fator de medição averiguável, e com este fator de medição é determinada a mudança de espessura de camada ou um outro parâmetro de qualidade correlato. Para compensar o tempo morto causado pela medição, o previsor é abastecido com determinados parâmetros de qualidade e prediz exatamente o tamanho, que resultará depois do tempo morto, de modo que em relação à medição o valor predito corresponde ao valor atual. Com esta grandeza é formada a diferença de regulação e conduzida ao regulador, que então calcula disto a força de correção, com a qual a força de influência teórica atual é corrigida. Deste modo podem ser gerados, durante o processo de enrolamento de papel, percursos de camadas de enrolamento constantes ou predetermináveis.
