"SISTEMA DE NOTIFICAçãO DE ESTADO DE LINHA TELEFôNICA E MéTODO PARA PROVER ESTADO DE LINHA TELEFôNICA", compreendendo um Sistema de Notificação de Estado de Linha Telefônica incluindo pelo menos uma linha telefônica que possui um sistema de estado de linha, uma rede de comunicação, pelo menos um terminal de comunicação conectável à rede de comunicação e utilizável por um usuário buscador para comunicar através da rede de comunicação uma solicitação de estado de linha referente ao estado de, pelo menos, uma linha telefônica, um aparelho para processar a solicitação de estado de linha, sendo o aparelho de processamento conectável à rede de comunicação para receber a solicitação de estado de linha pelo usuário buscador através da rede e comunicando a solicitação, e um aparelho para adquirir o estado de, pelo menos, uma linha telefônica, estando o aparelho adquirente deste estado de linha, em comunicação com o aparelho processador do recebimento da solicitação de estado da linha desta rede, sendo o aparelho adquirente conectável à rede de comunicação para comunicar o estado de linha através da rede de comunicação.
