Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO DE DIGITALIZAçãO DE SUPERFìCIETRIDIMENSIONAL ALTAMENTE PRECISO". Um sistema demedição de distância (10) inclui uma fonte de luz (14) e modulador(18) para transmitir um feixe de luz modulado para um alvo, dessaforma gerando um feixe recebido. Uma unidade de calibragem (40)periodicamente calibra o sistema pelo posicionamento de um alvode calibragem (42) entre a fonte de luz e o alvo, de forma que ofeixe transmitido é interrompido, dessa forma gerando um feixe decalibragem recebido. Um sensor de alvo (30) recebe o alvorefletido e produz um sinal do alvo (32) indicativo do feixe de alvorefletido. Um sensor de referência (36) recebe luz da fonte de luz(14) e produz um sinal de referência (38) para o conjunto decircuitos de processamento (34). O conjunto de circuitos deprocessamento recebe o sinal do alvo (32) e o sinal de referência(38), ajusta a freq³ência do feixe transmitido até que uma diferençade fase zero exista entre o sinal do alvo (32) e o sinal de referência(38), e calcula a distância para o alvo com base na freq³ência queproduz uma diferença de fase zero.
