Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SOBREMESA CONGELADA"<D>. Sobremesa congelada à base de um sorvete, compreendendo bactérias lácticas, esse sorvete sendo coberto no total ou em parte de sua superfície por, e/ou dispostas em, e/ou entre, um suporte comestível, caracterizada pelo fato de o suporte ser desprovido substancialmente de bactérias lácticas e de compreender fibras fermentáveis, favorecendo especificamente o aumento no trato intestinal das bactérias lácticas contidas inicialmente no sorvete. A invenção refere-se igualmente à utilização combinada de bactérias lácticas e de fibras pré-bióticas, para o preparo de uma composição congelada na qual as bactérias lácticas e as fibras não ficam substancialmente em contato, para o tratamento e/ou a prevenção dos distúrbios gastrintestinais, para reforçar o sistema imunitário humano, ou para aumentar a absorção dos minerais.
