Abstract

''MéTODO E APARELHO PARA PRODUZIR ESCóRIA DE CIMENTO'' A invenção refere-se á produção de escória de cimento da matéria prima em pó e de granulação fina usando um pré-aquecedor de ciclone, uma disposição de pré-calcinação, um forno industrial e um refrigerador. A fim de que a poeira fina filtrada para fora dos gases de exaustão a partir do pré-aquecedor possa também ser pré-aquecido com segurança, pré-calcinado e então queimado para escória de cimento em um forno industrial, depois do primeiro estágio de pré-aquecedor uma quantidade parcial menor do material é ramificado e alimentado juntamente com a poeira fina total a partir do filtro para a extremidade superior da disposição de pré-calcinação, e esta mistura de material passa através da disposição de pré-calcinação do topo para fundo, é guiado em co-corrente com o ar para combustão e, com o combustível sendo distribuído, e desse modo pré-calcinado e então introduzido na entrada do forno industrial.
