Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE DISPERSõES SóLIDAS DE PAROXETINA"<D>. Dispersões sólidas de drogas pobremente solúveis que são preparadas usando-se um processo de solvente ou fusão. Tais dispersões são fabricadas com a base livre da droga, especificamente base livre paroxetina, um óleo, permitindo uma baixa temperatura para o processo de fusão, diminuídos volumes de solvente orgânico para o processo de solvente e a formação de um sal paroxetina durante o processo de produção de dispersão sólida.
