Abstract

"PNEU DE RODAR MACIO ECONÈMICO COM CARCAçA APERFEIçOADA". Trata-se de um pneumático de lona radial de rodar macio (10) que tem uma carcaça (30) reforçada por pelo menos duas cargas ou insertos de costado (42, 46) e pelo menos uma lona reforçada por cordonel (38). A pelo menos uma lona (38) reforçada por cordonel, sendo que os cordonéis têm um par de extremidades de redobra (32) enroladas em torno do par de núcleos de talão (26). As extremidades de redobra (32) se estendem radialmente para fora até uma extremidade terminal (33), sendo que a extremidade terminal (33) está localizada sob as correias de reforço (36). O primeiro inserto (42) fica radialmente para dentro e adjacente à lona (38). O segundo inserto (46) fica radialmente entre a lona (38) e sua extremidade de redobra (32). O pneu (10) requer um número reduzido de componentes e pode ser mais leve em peso do que os pneus que rodam macio da técnica anterior.
