Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO DE REVESTIMENTO DE UM SUBSTRATO METáLICO COM MATERIAL DE REVESTIMENTO TERMOPLáSTICO".<D> Método de revestimento de um substrato metálico (1) com material de revestimento termosplástico, compreendendo um preaquecimento do substrato de tal forma que, exatamente antes do revestimento, o mesmo se encontra em uma temperatura entre 70° C e 150° C, de preferência entre 100° C e 130° C no caso de um revestimento contendo polipropileno e entre 80 e 110° C no caso de um revestimento contendo polietileno; a co-extrusão, em uma primeira estação de revestimento de uma folha (6) compreendendo uma camada de cobertura de poliolefina e uma camada de aderência de poliolefina modificada; o revestimento do substrato (1) com uma folha fundida na presença de ozónio por meio da pressão do mesmo com a camada de aderência contra a superfície do substrato; o transporte da tira (9) revestida em um lado para uma segunda estação de revestimento e aquecimento da tira de modo que, exatamente antes do revestimento, a tira está em uma temperatura entre 70° C e 130° C, de preferência entre 80° C e 120° C, se a camada de revestimento aplicada na primeria estação de revestimento é polipropeno, e entre 80 e 110° C, se a camada de revestimento aplicada naquele ponto é polietileno; o revestimento do substrato com uma folha fundida extrudada na segunda estação de revestimento por meio da pressão da mesma contra a superfície não revestida do substrato, sendo feito uso da presença de ozónio; o aquecimento do substrato revestido de modo que o mesmo assuma a temperatura acima do ponto de fusão da poliolefina aplicada; o resfriamento do substrato revestido.
