Description
(試験1)
図4に示すガス吹出器30を使用した。このガス吹出器30は、厚み(L)25mm、幅(W)500mmの断面が四角状のステンレス製であり、ガス吹出器30の吹き出し面30Bにスリット幅(d)が0.5mmのノズル口36を形成した。そして、複数の添加剤(顔料、分散剤、酸化防止剤等)を加えたポリエチレンを300°Cの温度で溶融状態で押出ダイ14から押出した樹脂膜12を、搬送される支持体24に被覆して冷却ローラ16とニップローラ18とでニップし、冷却ローラ16で冷却してから剥離ローラ20で剥離し、これにより厚み30μmのラミネート物26を製造した。ライン速度は150m/分で行い、ガス吹出器30からはオゾンガスを、ガス濃度30g/m3 、ガス風量25m3 /時間の条件で支持体24に吹き付けた。
(試験2)
図5に示すカバー28、ヒーター38を備えたガス吹出器30を使用した。このガス吹出器30は、試験1と同じガス吹出器30の外側に、複数のヒーター38と複数の熱電対式の温度検出器40を有するカバー28を設けたもので、ヒーター38によりカバー28を350°Cに加熱した。ラミネート物26の製造条件及びオゾンガス吹き出し条件は試験1と同様である。
(試験3)
図3に示したカバー28、ヒーター38及び冷却パイプ42を備えたガス吹出器30を使用した。このガス吹出器30は、試験2と同じガス吹出器30に加えて、ガス吹出器30の側面外周に冷却パイプ42を設けたもので、冷却パイプ42には風量が4m3 /時間になるように常温エアを流してガス吹出器30を強制的に冷却した。ラミネート物26の製造条件及びオゾンガス吹き出し条件は試験1及び2と同様である。
(試験4)
試験3と同じガス吹出器30を使用し、冷却パイプ42には12°Cの冷水を流量3m3 /時間になるように流してガス吹出器30を強制的に冷却した。ラミネート物26の製造条件及びオゾンガス吹き出し条件は試験1及び2と同様である。
(試験5)
試験4のガス吹出器30の空間部32に断熱効果のある発泡セラミックを充填した。その他の条件は試験3と同様である。
Claims (4)
- 樹脂製のフィルム、又は支持体に樹脂膜をラミネートしたラミネート物を製造する際に、押出ダイから溶融状態の熱可塑性樹脂を膜状に押し出すと共に、前記押出ダイの近傍に配置されたガス吹出器から熱的に不安定なガスを吹き出しながら製造するフィルム又はラミネート物の製造方法において、
前記ガス吹出器をカバーで覆って該カバーのみを前記押し出された熱可塑性樹脂から揮発する揮発成分の揮発温度以上に加熱する一方、前記ガス吹出器を強制的に冷却することを特徴とするフィルム又はラミネート物の製造方法。 - 前記熱的に不安定なガスはオゾンガスであることを特徴とする請求項1のフィルム又はラミネート物の製造方法。
- 樹脂製のフィルム、又は支持体に樹脂膜をラミネートしたラミネート物を製造する際に、押出ダイから溶融状態の熱可塑性樹脂を膜状に押し出すと共に、前記押出ダイの近傍に配置されたガス吹出器から熱的に不安定なガスを吹き出しながら製造するフィルム又はラミネート物の製造装置において、
前記ガス吹出器を空間部を介在させて覆うカバーと、
前記カバーを加熱する加熱手段と、
前記ガス吹出器を冷却する冷却手段と、を備えたことを特徴とするフィルム又はラミネート物の製造装置。 - 前記ガス吹出器と前記カバーとの間の空間部に断熱材を充填することを特徴とする請求項3のフィルム又はラミネート物の製造装置。
