Abstract
Patente de Invenção<B>"PROCESSO DE óXIDO DE PROPILENO USANDO CATALISADORES DE PRATA SUPORTADOS EM COMPOSTO DE METAL ALCALINO-TERROSO, CONTENDO PROMOTORES DE TUNGSTêNIO E POTáSSIO"<D> Oxidação direta de propileno a óxido de propileno é realizada usando-se catalisadores de prata suportados em composto de metal alcalino-terroso, contendo promotores de tungstênio e de potássio. Em uma concretização da invenção, o promotor de tungstênio e o promotor de potássio são introduzidos de maneira simultânea por meio do uso de tungstato de potássio. Catalisadores desse tipo exibem produtividade em óxido de propileno elevadas de maneira não usual, quando dióxido de carbono está presente na corrente de alimentação.
