"ARTIGO FEITO DE MATERIAL PLáSTICO E UM PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". Trata-se de um artigo feito de material termoplástico, artigo este que é rígido e pelo menos parcialmente isolante térmico. O artigo inclui um laminado pelo menos em partes do artigo. O laminado inclui uma primeira camada e uma segunda camada de material termoplástico sólido (A) e uma camada intermediária de material termoplástico expandido (B) com uma densidade média de 50 a 800 kgf/m³. Os materiais termoplásticos (A) e (B) são os mesmos ou são compatíveis. O artigo é fabricado de acordo com um processo que compreende as etapas de a) formar uma camada externa sólida, b) fabricar uma camada intermediária expandida e c) anexar partes funcionais tais como perfis de reforço, perfis de guia, perfis de empilhamento, partes de dobradiça, bolsos, seguradores de rótulo, perfis ou orifícios para manuseio automático dispositivos de travamento ou similares.
