Abstract

<MU>PELìCULA DE MULTICAMADAS DE POLIPROPILENO BIAXIALMENTE COM PELE DE HDPE E PELìCULA DE POLIPROPILENO ENCOLHIVéL UNIXIALMENTE<MV>. Uma Película de multicamadas encolhível com calor uniaxialmente, orientada biaxialmente, que tem uma camada de núcleo que contém polipropileno compreendendo pelo menos 70% em peso da citada película de multicamadas e pelo menos uma camada de pele contendo poliolefina adjacente à citada camada de núcleo é preparada por orientação biaxial de um co-extrusado e em seguida a isso orientando o citado co-extrusado pelo esticamento em 10 a 40% na direção da máquina. A camada do núcleo contém polipropileno isotáctico e um modificador que reduz a cristalinidade do polipropileno pelo aumento de imperfeições em cadeias ou pela redução da isotacticidade do núcleo que contém polipropileno. Tais modificadores podem ser selecionados no grupo que consiste de polipropileno atáctico, polipropileno sindiotáctico, copolímero de etileno-propileno, copolímero de propileno-buteno-1, terpolímero de etileno-propileno- buteno-1 e polietileno linear de baixa densidade. A camada de pele pode ser polietileno de alta densidade em ambos os lados ou polietileno de alta densidade em um lado e polipropileno isotáctico do outro lado.
