Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE ACONDICIONAMENTO EM TODO CONTìNUO DE VOLUMES DE MATERIAL COMPRESSìVEL" . A invenção se refere a uma técnica de acondicionamento em modo contínuo na qual um volume de material compressível é comprimido entre dois transportadores convergentes, o volume sendo posicionado inicialmente e arrastado no decorrer da compressão entre duas tiras contínuas de filme de embalagem, que são ligadas uma com a outra de um lado e de outro do volume uma vez foi atingido o grau de compressão desejado. De acordo com a invenção, tendo-se deixado entre dois volumes consecutivos um comprimento L de filme de embalagem em cada tira, ajusta-se a distância entre a extremidade traseira de um primeiro volume e a extremidade dianteira do volume posicionado na sua seq³ência, de modo a que ela seja igual ao comprimento L no momento de ligar as duas tiras entre si na etapa de embalagem. Aplicação para o acondicionamento de produtos isolantes à base de lã mineral.
