Abstract
Estrutura atenuadora de vibrações torcionais em compressor. é descrito um mecanismo para atenuar vibrações torcionais em um compressor. O compressor inclui uma placa oscilante (42) fixa a um eixo de acionamento (28) e pistões (39) acoplados à placa oscilante. A compressão do gás refrigerante pelos pistões gera vibrações torcionais do eixo de acionamento. A extremidade traseira do eixo de acionamento está acoplada a um amortecedor (55) para atenuar as vibrações torcionais. O amortecedor inclui uma placa friccional (56) fixa à extremidade traseira do eixo de acionamento, um peso (57) adaptado rotativamente ao eixo de acionamento, e uma mola helicoidal (58). A mola helicoidal elasticamente pressiona o peso contra a placa friccional e elasticamente acopla o peso ao eixo de acionamento. Quando o eixo de acionamento vibra torcionalmente, o peso entra em contato com a placa friccional e é vibrado no eixo do eixo de acionamento pela mola helicoidal. Como resultado, a energia das vibrações torcionais é consumida e as vibrações são atenuadas. Outras configurações mostram amortecedores similares anexos ao exterior do compressor.
