Abstract

Compressor. Um compressor dotado de um membro rotativo, que inclui um eixo de acionamento (18) e uma placa oscilante (34). Um pistão (31) comprime o gás e vibra torsionalmente o membro rotativo. Um amortecedor (48) está acoplado ao eixo para reduzir as vibrações torsionais do membro rotativo. A freq³ência natual do amortecedor (48) é substancialmente igual à do membro rotativo. O amortecedor inclui um pino de metal (49) acoplado ao eixo, um peso (51) acoplado ao membro rotativo e um corpo emborrachado (50) colocado entre o eixo (18) e o peso (51). O pino (49) funciona como uma mola agindo na direção das vibrações torsionais e possui uma constante de mola que permanece substancialmente a mesma dentro da faixa de temperatura de operação do compressor. O peso (51) é vibrado torsionalmente com o membro rotativo pelo pino (49) para compensar aas vibrações torsionais rotativo. A freq³ência natural do amortecedor (48) é principalmente determinada pela massa do peso (51) e pela constante de mola do pino (49). O corpo emborrachado (50) absorve as vibrações torsionais do membro rotativo e possui uma constante de mola menor do que a do pino (49), tal que a freq³ência natural do amortecedor (48) não é substancialmente afetada pelo corpo emborrachado (50).
