Uma pilha compreendendo os dispositivos semicondutores para energia elétrica 8 e um refrigerador tipo tubo térmico para resfriar os semicondutores para energia elétrica está localizado verticalmente. O refrigerador tipo tubo térmico 5 é fornecido com as partes móveis 3 que são móveis ao longo do trilho guia 2 instalado na armação 1B, na qual a pilha 6 está contida. Também sob a pilha 6, as partes elétricas 7 para uma conexão com o lado de fora estão localizadas. Tomando tais disposições, a influência pela localização do refrigerador tipo tubo térmico pode ser minimizada e o espaço exigido para o equipamento pode ser salvo.
