Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA DETECTAR DESGASTE DE BOCAL E ELETRODO"<D>. Um sistema e um método para detectar o desgaste de bocal e eletrodo de maçaricos a arco de plasma nos quais a mudança média na posição distante entre o eletrodo ou a montagem de bocal do maçarico a arco de plasma e uma peça de trabalho é monitorizada, e medidas corretivas são tomadas depois que a mudança média na posição distante do eletrodo e montagem de bocal excede um valor predeterminado. As medidas corretivas podem incluir mudar a voltagem do arco do maçarico a arco de plasma, modificar a velocidade na qual o maçarico a arco de plasma movimenta-se, modificar a corrente média do fornecimento de energia do maçarico a arco de plasma, ou a taxa de fluxo dos gases de fornecimento de plasma ou água para corte do maçarico a arco de plasma.
