Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"METODO E SISTEMA PARA DESCREVER, GERAR E VERIFICAR CAMINHOS GUIAS SEM FIO PARA VEìCULOS GUIADOS AUTOMATICAMENTE''<D>. Um método e sistema para controlar o movimento de um ou mais veículos guiados automaticamente incluem um controlador do sistema, uma série de veículos guiados automaticamente sem fio (AGVs) e marcadores de localização posicionados em um pavimento. O controlador do sistema serve como um despachante e controlador de tráfego para o sistema, proporcionando, em uma modalidade, comunicação sem fio bilateral com cada AGV no sistema. Cada AGV está equipado com um sistema de navegação e direção para controlar o movimento do AGV ao longo de um caminho guia predefinido. Coordenadas X, Y diferenciais de um banco de dados de ponto do caminho armazenadas no controlador do sistema são comunicadas para um dado AGV que pode então seguir o caminho guia predefinido. A comunicação apenas das coordenadas X, Y diferenciais permite um controle aperfeiçoado sobre sistemas utilizando um grande número de AGVs.
