Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA ACABAMENTO DE PINOS EM TRIPéS"<D>. Para complementar e aperfeiçoar um processo para o acabamento de pinos em ferramentas como tripés, cruzamentos de articulação e peças internas de articulação, onde as ferramentas são primeiramente fabricadas por moldagem extrudada e os pinos, em estado acabado, exibem reentrâncias de forma anelar em suas extremidades livres e na passagem do pino para o corpo médio, de tal forma que o acabamento dos pinos nestas ferramentas seja facilitado em relação às reentrâncias, também na passagem dos pinos para o corpo médio e a segurança da ligação entre ferramenta e elemento correspondente, criada por meio dos anéis de segurança permaneça intocada, onde no mesmo passo de trabalho ou em passo de trabalho diferente também seja possível um acabamento terminado da superfície de pino, de forma simples, as reentrâncias nos pinos são introduzidas por moldagem a frio por meio de rolamentos, após a fabricação da ferramenta fabricada através de moldagem extrudada e/ou as superfícies dos pinos são ajustadas por meio de rolamentos.
