Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE FRENAGEM COM REGIãO DE FRAQUEZA CONTROLADA", que relaciona-se a um dispositivo de frenagem composto do cilindro-mestre (1) e de um reforçador pneumático (2), o reforçador incluindo especialmente uma caixa rígida (3) na qual uma divisória (4) que pode deslocar-se numa primeira direção axial (X) delimita uma câmara frontal (5) e uma câmara traseira (6), a caixa incluindo uma carcaça frontal (31) presa ao cilindro-mestre e formando uma parede para a câmara frontal, e uma carcaça traseira (32) formando uma parede para a câmara traseira. De acordo com a invenção, cujo objetivo é aumentar a absorção da energia cinética do sistema em caso de impacto, a carcaça frontal (31) inclui uma parte periférica (311) de diâmetro relativamente maior (D1) presa à carcaça traseira (32), e uma parte central (312) de diâmetro relativamente menor (D2) presa ao cilindro mestre (1), enquanto a parte periférica (311) e a parte central (312) sobrepõem-se numa região de sobreposição anular (313), e na região de sobreposição, a parte periférica (311) pelo menos localmente está mais à frente do que a parte central (312) na primeira direção axial (X).
