Abstract

Patente de Invenção: SUBCANAL CODIFICADO POR DESLOCAMENTO DE FASE. é provido um subcanal dentro de um sinal CDMA juntamente com um sistema para a recepção e decodificação de tal subcanal. Uma mensagem é transmitida através do subcanal pela aplicação de uma sequência de rotações de fase aos dados de usuário. Uma única mensagem de subcanal pode ser transmitida durante cada segmento de 1,25 ms de dados de usuário, resultando em taxas de transmissão de atá 800 mensagens por segundo através do subcanal. Cada mensagem corresponde a uma sequênica fixa de fases, denominada uma palavra código de fase, usada para girar os dados de usuário a cada vez que a mensagem é enviada. Quando são usadas somente duas palavras código de fase, a taxa de dados efetiva para o subcanal é de 800 bits por segundo, porém taxas de dados mais elevadas podem ser conseguidas pelo aumento do número de palavras código usadas pelo subcanal. O subcanal pode ser decodificado correlacionando-se os dados de usuário com cada uma das possíveis palavras código de fase.
