Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"ELEMENTO AQUECEDOR DE IMERSãO APERFEIçOADO COM REVESTIMENTO POLIMéRICO DE ALTA CONDUTIVIDADE TéRMICA"<D>. São providos elementos aquecedores por resistência elétrica (100) que podem ser utilizados para aquecer meios fluidos, tais como o ar e a água. Os elementos aquecedores incluem um corpo de elemento (100) que possui uma superfície de suporte (10) e um fio de resistência (14) enrolado sobre a superfície de suporte (10) que está ligado a um par de partes extremas de terminal (16 e 12). Disposto sobre o fio de resistência (14) e sobre a maior parte da superfície de suporte (10), existe um revestimento polimérico (30) que encapsula hermeticamente e isola eletricamente o fio de resistência (14) dos fluidos a ser aquecidos. Este revestimento polimérico condutor de calor (30) possui um valor de condutividade térmica de pelo menos cerca de 0,5 W/m°K. Melhores propriedades são preferivelmente providas por aditivos de pó cerâmico, óxido de alumínio e óxido de magnésio, e fibra de vidro.
