Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE ELEMENTO CONDUTOR E ELEMENTO CONDUTOR. Processo para a produção de elemento condutor, cujo elemento condutor consiste de pelo menos de um condutor de eletricidade alongado, aonde vários componentes elétricos (2), proporcionado a operação de iluminação ou similar de acordo com a utilização do elemento condutor, são fixados um após o outro na direção (s) longitudinal, aonde posteriormente a referida totalidade é envolta por uma por uma parte de envoltório (3) protegendo a mesma. O elemento condutor é fabricado a partir de uma parte condutora (1; 1') essencialmente plana, tal como uma ligadura, uma tira ou similar, aonde são fixados componentes elétricos (2'), tais como sondas, LEDs, resistores e/ou similares através da disposição dos mesmos, preferencialmente de forma embutida quando observados em uma seção transversal com um material de envoltório (3') formando a referida parte de envoltório (3), pela exploração de um processo de fabricação contínuo, tal como extrusão ou similar. A invenção também refere-se a um elemento condutor a ser fabricado através do processo.
