Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA ALIMENTAçãO DE MATERIAL FIBROSO PULVERIZADO".<D> Sistema e método para alimentação de material fibroso celulósico pulverizado, tal como aparas de madeira para o topo de um vaso de tratamento, tal como um digestor contínuo (11), proporcionam simplicidade, operabilidade e capacidade de manutenção operfeiçoadas, através de eliminação do dispositivo de transferência em alta pressão, convencionalmente usado na técnica anterior. Em lugar de um dispositivo de transferência em alta pressão, as aparas vaporizadas e transformadas em pasta sãopressurizadas usando uma ou mais bombas de pasta (251, 251'), localizadas pelo menos cerca de 9 metros (trinta pés) abaixo do topo do vaso de tratamento e para pressurização da pasta em uma pressão de pelo menos cerca de 10 bar gauge. Um alinha de retorno (235) do topo do digestor pode, mas não precisa, necessariamente, ser operativamente conectado à uma ou mais bombas e, se conectada à bomba, a pressão na linha de retorno pode ser reduzida, utilizando-se uma válvula de redução de pressão (58) e/ou um tanque de evaporação (253).
