Abstract

''PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE FAUJASITO CRISTALINO DE TIPO Y''. Desceve-se um processo para a preparação de faujasito cristalino de aluminossilicato de tipo Y a partir de uma mistura de reação contendo um padrão orgânico capaz de produzir um faujasito de tipo Y. A mistura de reação contérm apenas água suficientemente para produzir de tipo Y. Em uma concretização, a mistura de reação é auto-suportante e pode ser modelada conforme desejado. No processo, a mistura de reação é aquecida em condições de cristalização e na ausência de uma fase líquida externa adicionada, de forma que o excesso de líquido não precisa ser removido do produto cristalizado antes da secagem dos cristais.
