Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE CONTORNOS INTERNOS E/OU EXTERNOS DERIVADOS DA FORMA CIRCULAR"< D>. A invenção refere-se a um método e a um dispositivo para a fabricação de contornos de peças com um formato não-circular interno e/ou externo em uma máquina suportando pelo menos uma peça de trabalho (8) acionada para girar em uma velocidade constante e pelo menos uma ferramenta (5), em particular para um trabalho de corte, podendo ser movida por meio de um carrinho (3) tanto de forma radial ao eixo de rotação (2) das peças de trabalho quanto de maneira longitudinal ao longo de seu eixo (2). A fim de criar um método o qual permite a produção de peças de trabalho com formatos internos e/ou externos amplamente diversos em um equipamento comercialmente disponível, a ferramenta (5) é acionada a girar de tal forma que sua superfície cortante descreve um percurso circular, em uma velocidade constante, a qual difere em magnitude e em direção da velocidade de rotação da peça de trabalho (8), em torno de um eixo (6), o qual difere do eixo de rotação (2) da peça de trabalho (8).
