Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA O FORNECIMENTO DE INTEGRIDADE DE CONTAGEM DE BITS E TRANSFERêNCIA DE DADOS SìNCRONOS SOBRE UM CANAL QUE NãO PRESERVE A SINCRONIZAçãO". A integridade da sincronização e da contagem de bits, de uma corrente de dados síncrona, é preservada de ponta a ponta mesmo à medida em que for transmitida via um meio que não preserve a natureza síncrona da corrente de dados síncrona. Uma unidade de equipamento terminal (100) produz uma corrente de bits com taxa constante, que é fornecida a uma unidade de comunicação (110). A unidade de comunicação (100) produz um primeiro quadro de dados que compreende um primeiro conjunto de bits proveniente da corrente de bits com taxa constante e um primeiro valor de campo de comprimento. A unidade base (118) determina então o número de bits no segundo conjunto de bits do terceiro quadro de dados, com base no primeiro valor de campo de comprimento e no terceiro valor de campo de comprimento, A unidade base (118) sobregrava os bits preenchimento em excesso na fila (150) com o terceiro conjunto de bits.
