Abstract
"TRATAMENTO TéRMICO DE MATERIAIS DE CARBONO". A invenção se refere a um processo para tratamento térmico de materiais de carbono, e, especificamente, negro de carbono, em um processo de plasma para ordem aumentada na nanoestrutura, isto Þ, um grau aumentado de grafitização nas particulas de negro de carbono. O processo consiste em um beneficiamento de qualidades de negro de carbono comercial e materias de carbono não grafiticos. O tratamento térmico é conduzido em uma zona de plasma, onde o tempo de residência e energia suprida são controlados, de modo a assegurar que o material de carbono não sublime. Desse modo, o carbono que é suprido para a zona de plasma é impedido de ser transformado e re-formado em um novo produto.
