Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE CILINDRO PARA UM COMPRESSOR DE MOVIMENTO ALTERNADO". Um conjunto de cilindro para um compressor de movimento alternado tem um pistão que compreende um primeiro elemento de pistão ligado a uma haste de ligação; um segundo elemento de pistão dotado de uma cabeça de pistão e ligado ao primeiro elemento de pistão de modo que se mova com relação ao primeiro elemento de pistão por um comprimento predeterminado na direção axial; e um elemento elasticamente deformável interposto entre o primeiro elemento de pistão e o segundo elemento de pistão, de modo a se impedir o primeiro elemento de pistão e o segundo elemento de pistão em afastamento um do outro. Por conseguinte, a quantidade do refrigerante residual é reduzida ao mínimo de modo a diminuir a reexpansão do refrigerante residual e aumentar a quantidade do refrigerante aspirado, e conseqüentemente de modo a aperfeiçoar a eficácia do compressor. Ao mesmo tempo, o risco de danos à chapa e lingüeta da válvula de sucção pelo refrigerante de alta pressão e pela mistura de óleo-refrigerante pode ser reduzido.
