Abstract

Une pompe (1) de mesure de débits gazeux présente une chambre de pompage (3) obturée au moyen d'une membrane de travail (6). Ladite membrane (6) est mise en mouvement (flèche 26 à double tête) par un entraînement (10) à manivelle, par l'intermédiaire d'une bielle (9) ou d'un organe similaire imprimant une course. Une source de chaleur (16) est prévue dans une tête de pompage (15). Conformément à l'invention, une barrière (19 et/ou 27) de dissipation de chaleur, agissant vis-à-vis de la source de chaleur (16) et vis-à-vis du gaz mesuré, est prévue entre une tête (8) de la bielle et l'entraînement (10) à manivelle.
