Abstract

A invenção refere-se a um processo de revestimento galvânico para produzir um revestimento de superfície estruturada em uma peça trabalhada com superfície condutora de eletricidade, bem como abrange um dispositivo para concretizar o processo. No caso, o objeto a ser revestido é o catódio de um banho galvânico. A corrente do processo será gradualmente majorada em uma fase formadora de germes (10,11) sendo que o aumento gradual da corrente resulta na formação de uma precipitação de corpos individualizados ou justapostos na superfície do objeto. A seguir, a corrente do processo será mantida constante durante um tempo de trabalho gradual (12) o que resulta no crescimento dos germes, ou seja, dos corpos antes produzidos. O processo pode ser repetido ciclicamente.
