Abstract

Patente de Invenção "CIRCUITO PARA EMPREGO COM UMA UNIDADE DE MOSTRADOR E CIRCUITO EXCITADOR DE FILEIRA PARA UMA UNIDADE DE MOSTRADOR". Um circuito é apresentado para emprego com unidade de mostrador no qual a unidade de mostrador contém um primeiro número de colunas de pixel e um segundo número de fileiras de pixel sobre um substrato. O circuito (estágio 1-240) compreende uma pluralidade de circuitos de excitação seletiva de fileira correspondente ao número de fileiras de pixel para ativar eletricamente as fileiras de pixel. O circuito de excitação seletiva de fileira é depositado sobre o substrato da unidade de mostrador a cristal líquido (LCD) e uma saída de cada um dos circuitos de excitação seletiva de fileira está eletricamente conectada com uma correspondente fileira de pixel e com um sucessivo circuito de excitação seletiva de fileira como uma entrada ativadora.
