Abstract
Patente de Invenção: PROCESSO PARA O ALVEJAMENTO DE POLPA CONTENDO LIGNOCELULOSE. A presente invenção se refere a um processo para o alvejamento de polpa contendo lignocelulose, onde a polpa é primeiro tratada com um agente de complexação, então deslignificada com perácido orgânico ou um sal do mesmo e subsequentemente alvejada com um composto contendo peróxido, ozónio ou ditionito de sódio. Antes do alvejamento, a polpa é lavada em um pH de pelo menos cerca de 4. Adequadamente a deslignificação é realizada com um ácido peracético fortemente oxidante, de modo que um aumento considerável no brilho bem como uma redução considerável do número kappa são obtidos depois do alvejamento. O efeito de aumento do brilho é muito seletivo, isto é, a viscosidade da polpa é mantida em extensão relativamente grande. Por uma escolha adequada do pH em todos os estágios antes do alvejamento isento de cloro, os ions de metal vantajosos são retidos na polpa enquanto ao mesmo tempo o ajustamento do pH entre os estágios é minimizado e os licores de alvejamento servidos vantajosamente usados internamente, por exemplo, para a lavagem da polpa.
