EL PRESENTE INVENTO SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO PARA BLANQUEAR PULPA CON LIGNOCELULOSA, EN EL QUE LA PULPA PRIMERO SE TRATA CON UN AGENTE DE COMPLICACION, Y ENTONCES SE DELIGNIFICA CON UN PERACIDO ORGANICO O SU SAL, BLANQUEADO POSTERIORMENTE CON UN COMPONENTE CON PEROXIDO, OZONO O DITIONITA DE SODIO. TRAS EL BLANQUEO, LA PULPA SE BAÑA CON UN PH APROXIMADO DE 4. POR CONVENIENCIA, LA DELIGNIFICACION SE LLEVA A CABO CON ACIDO PERACETICO MUY OXIDANTE, PRODUCIENDO UN CONSIDERABLE AUMENTO EN BRILLANTEZ Y UNA CONSIDERABLE REDUCCION DEL NUMERO KAPPA TRAS DICHO BLANQUEO. EL EFECTO DE AUMENTO DE BRILLANTEZ ES ALTAMENTE SELECTIVO, ES DECIR, LA VISCOSIDAD DE LA PULPA SE MANTIENE EN UNA EXTENSION COMPARATIVAMENTE GRANDE. MEDIANTE UNA ADECUADA ELECCION DE PH EN TODAS LAS ETAPAS TRAS EL BLANQUEO SIN CLORO, LOS IONES DE METAL PROVECHOSOS SE RETIENEN EN LA PULPA, MIENTRAS QUE AL MISMO TIEMPO EL AJUSTE DE PH EN TODAS LAS ETAPAS SE MINIMIZA Y LOS RESULTANTES LIQUIDOS DE BLANQUEO GASTADOS SE USAN DE FORMA VENTAJOSA INTERNAMENTE, POR EJ., PARA LAVADO DE PULPA.
