Abstract

"VáLVULA DE FLUXO DE áGUA". Utilizada na indústria auto-mobilística, mais precisamente no sistema de aquecimento da cabine do motorista, sendo instalada entre a interligação do motor com o radiador e o sistema de aquecimento da cabine, sendo composta de uma carcaça (1) provida de compartimento circular (2) onde tem alojado o rotor (25), que é dotado de parede lateral milimetricamente saliente (28) e tendo acoplado de maneira oscilante, através de alavanca de articulação em forma de "8" (36), um conjunto de vedação composto de o'ring (33) e o portador (34) deste, o qual, juntamente com a parede lateral (28), são responsáveis pela vedação da passagem de líquido para o sistema de aquecimento da cabine e do bypass, respectivamente, dito compartimento tendo uma derivação tubular de entrada (3) e uma abertura de saída (5) e estando coligado por canal de interligação (14) à uma cavidade adjacente (10) à qual está interligada uma derivação tubular de saída (11) e uma abertura de retorno (13), dito rotor (25) sendo acionado por alavanca de acionamento manual externa (42).
