Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO APLICADA NO CONJUNTO ROTOR DA VáLVULA FLUXO DE áGUA". Em que o porta-anel (11) do sistema de vedação (12) é provido de uma canaleta (15) destinada ao alojamento do anel de vedação(16) e tem moldado integralmente em cada lateral um ressalto (9) para montagem das molas de dupla ação e de simples ação, dotado com canaleta tangencial (14) para encaixe das ditas molas, ditas molas estando dobradas convenientemente e de modo a definir uma parte central em forma de 'U' com leve conicidade (3) e (6) e as extremidades das pernas do 'U' tendo uma pequena extensão dobrada perpendicularmente para frente (4) e (7) e em seguida se estendendo longamente para os lados (5) e (8) com desvio de alinhamento para frente e para baixo e tendo as pontas ligeiramente curvadas para cima, sendo que a mola de simples ação (2) está direcionada de modo a pressionar o conjunto de vedação (12) num sentido tangencial quando do movimento do rotor e a mola de dupla ação (1) estando direcionada de modo a pressionar o conjunto de vedação (12) num sentido radial quando da obstrução da passagem de líquido para o sistema de aquecimento.
