Abstract

Utilizada en la industria automovilistica, exactamente en el sistema de calefaccion de la cabina del conductor, esta instalada entre la conexion del motor con el radiador y el sistema de calefaccion de la cabina, compuesta de una unidad de alojamiento que tiene un compartimiento circular en el cual aloja al rotor, que tiene una pared lateral que sobresale unos milimetros y tiene acoplado, a traves de la palanca de articulacion en forma de "8", una unidad de sellado que consiste de un anillo "O" y su soporte. Esta unidad de sellado y la pared lateral son responsables respectivamente del bloqueo del flujo del liquido hacia el sistema de calefaccion de la cabina y la derivacion (bypass),. El compartimiento mencionado previamente tiene una entrada tubular y salida y esta unido por un canal de conexion hacia una cavidad adyacente a la cual esta conectada un tubo de salida y una abertura de regreso y el rotor se opera por medio de una palanca de accionamiento manual externa.
