Abstract
método para desfosforação de ferro fundido. é proposto um método para desfosforação de ferro fundido que pode produzir aço com baixo teor de fósforo de maneira estável. este método para desfosforação de ferro fundido inclui, ao soprar um gás hidrogênio, um gás hidrocarboneto ou uma mistura desses gases em ferro fundido mantido em um recipiente, fornecer um agente formador de escória e uma fonte de oxigênio para realizar um tratamento de desfosforação do ferro fundido e obter ferro fundido desfosforado, e após o tratamento de desfosforação, separar a escória flutuante sobre uma superfície do ferro fundido desfosforado a partir do ferro fundido desfosforado. é preferencial que, após a escória ser separada, o ferro fundido desfosforado seja desoxidado com um agente desoxidante. nesse método para desfosforação de ferro fundido, antes do tratamento de desfosforação, ao obter ferro fundido pela fusão de uma fonte de ferro frio em um forno de fusão e descarregando o ferro fundido do forno de fusão para o recipiente, um ou ambos os seguintes procedimentos são realizados: separar a escória gerada a partir do ferro fundido antes da descarga; e separar a escória que fluiu para dentro do recipiente juntamente com o ferro fundido a partir do ferro fundido.
