Abstract
MATERIAL PARA ESTAMPAGEM A QUENTE E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UM MATERIAL PARA ESTAMPAGEM A QUENTE. É fornecido um material para estampagem a quente, em que o material inclui: uma chapa de aço incluindo carbono (C) em uma quantidade de 0,19 % em peso a 0,25 % em peso, silício (Si) em uma quantidade de 0,1 % em peso a 0,6 % em peso, manganês (Mn) em uma quantidade de 0,8 % em peso a 1,6 % em peso, fósforo (P) em uma quantidade menor ou igual a 0,03 % em peso, enxofre (S) em uma quantidade menor ou igual a 0,015 % em peso, cromo (Cr) em uma quantidade de 0,1 % em peso a 0,6 % em peso, boro (B) em uma quantidade de 0,001 % em peso a 0,005 % em peso, um aditivo em uma quantidade menor ou igual a 0,1 % em peso, equilíbrio de ferro (Fe) e outras impurezas invisíveis; e precipitados finos distribuídos dentro da chapa de aço. O aditivo inclui pelo menos um dentre titânio (Ti), nióbio (Nb) e vanádio (V), e os precipitados finos incluem nitreto ou carboneto de pelo menos um dentre titânio (Ti), nióbio (Nb) e vanádio (V) e aprisionam hidrogênio.
