Abstract

SMARTCARDS TENDO LED E MÉTODOS PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DOS MESMOS. A presente divulgação se refere a um dispositivo de smartcard compreendendo: um núcleo laminado compreendendo: um substrato frontal (10); uma primeira folha flexível (20) tendo um conjunto de circuitos de cartão formado na mesma; um primeiro substrato (30); uma segunda folha flexível (40) tendo um conjunto de circuitos indutivos formado na mesma e um segundo substrato (50) em uma ordem de cima para baixo, em que o substrato frontal (10) provê pelo menos uma primeira abertura (11) que define um projeto perfurado e uma segunda abertura (12) através da qual um painel de contato (22) é exposto, em que o conjunto de circuitos de cartão inclui: um flip chip (21), uma primeira bobina de antena (24) acoplada condutivamente ao flip chip (21), o painel de contato (22), pelo menos um percurso condutor (23) acoplando condutivamente o painel de contato (22) ao flip chip (21), em que o conjunto de circuitos indutivos inclui pelo menos um módulo de LED (46) disposto próximo à pelo menos uma primeira abertura (11) e uma segunda bobina de antena (44) acoplada condutivamente ao pelo menos um módulo de LED (46), e em que o primeiro substrato (30) inclui pelo menos um guia de luz (31) que é disposto sob a pelo menos uma primeira abertura (11) e configurada para direcionar uma iluminação produzida por pelo menos um módulo de LED (46) através da pelo menos uma primeira abertura (11) para iluminar o projeto perfurado.
