BIOPROCESSO COM DEPÓSITO DE IMPUREZAS REDUZIDO NAS SUPERFÍCIES. A presente invenção refere-se a descrição a um processo que envolve: (a) fornecer uma solução aquosa de uma proteína e um tensoativo de polialcóxi acila graxa da fórmula I em que R1-C(=O) é um grupo acila graxa, R2 é H ou um grupo hidrocarbila substituído ou não substituído, X1 é O ou NH, X2 é O ou NH, n é 0 ou um número inteiro de 1-5, R3 é um grupo polimérico que compreende unidades polimerizadas da fórmula II e III e (b) submeter a solução aquosa a um bioprocesso.
