Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM ARTIGO PARA USO NA INDÚSTRIA DE FUNDIÇÃO, MOLDE, NÚCLEO, ELEMENTO DE ALIMENTAÇÃO OU MISTURA DE MATERIAL DE MOLDAGEM, APARELHO EM UMA FUNDIÇÃO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UM ARTIGO, USO DE UM APARELHO EM UMA FUNDIÇÃO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UM ARTIGO, USO DE UM COMPONENTE LÍQUIDO E USO DE UM COMPONENTE. A invenção se refere a um método para produzir um artigo para uso na indústria de fundição selecionado a partir do grupo que consiste em moldes, núcleos, elementos de alimentação e misturas de material de moldagem, que tem as seguintes etapas: (S1) produzir ou fornecer um sistema de aglutinante que compreende, como componentes em três recipientes espacialmente separados, um componente (A), que compreende dióxido de silício amorfo particulado, um primeiro componente líquido (B), que compreende silicato de sódio, e um segundo componente líquido C), que compreende íons de aluminato dissolvidos em fase aquosa; e (S2) colocar em contato um material de base de molde (D) e o conteúdo de todos os componentes (A), (B) e (C) mencionados acima do sistema de aglutinante em razões de quantidade especificadas em uma ou mais etapas, de modo que uma moldagem seja produzida uma mistura de material na qual os íons de aluminato e o dióxido de silício amorfo particulado são total ou parcialmente misturados ao silicato de sódio, em que as etapas (S1) e (S2) são realizadas em um sistema para produzir misturas de material de moldagem. A invenção também se refere a misturas de material de moldagem correspondentes, assim como dispositivos e usos.
