Abstract

CITÔMETRO DE FLUXO DE UM ANALISADOR SANGUINEO, E, MÉTODO PARA DETECTAR RETICULÓCITOS E GRANULÓCITOS. Um citômetro de fluxo de um analisador sanguíneo que inclui um diodo laser elétrico transversal (TE), uma célula de fluxo, uma placa em quarto de onda (QWP), uma pluralidade de lentes e um detector de dispersão lateral. O diodo laser TE é configurado para emitir um feixe de laser ao longo de um eixo óptico e tem uma divergência de largura a meia altura (FWHM) de cerca de 16 graus a cerca de 25 graus. A QWP é disposta ao longo do eixo óptico entre o diodo laser TE e a célula de fluxo e configurada para polarizar circularmente o feixe de laser. A pluralidade de lentes é disposta entre o diodo laser TE e a célula de fluxo e configurada para focar o feixe de laser na célula de fluxo.
