Abstract

USO DENANOPARTÍCULAS MAGNÉTICAS PARA DETECÇÃO E QUANTIFICAÇÃO DE ANALITO(S). A presente invenção refere-se a um método e um dispositivo para detectar um analito em uma amostra, compreendendo trazer uma amostra compreendendo um analito alvo em contato com partículas magnetizáveis, as partículas sendo revestidas de moléculas de ligação complementares ao analito alvo, resultando em complexos ligantes ligados e não ligados, posicionar as partículas magnetizáveis, compreendendo tanto complexos ligantes ligados quanto não ligados, na proximidade de um sensor de campo magnético mudando o campo magnético o suficiente para liberar pelo menos uma porção das partículas magnetizáveis, compreendendo ambos os complexos ligantes ligados e não ligados, de sua proximidade com o sensor de campo magnético, e medindo mudanças em um sinal magnético detectado a partir do movimento líquido, seja translacional ou rotacional, das partículas magnetizáveis em relação ao sensor magnético.
