Abstract
PROCESSOS E SISTEMAS PARA OTIMIZAR ALCANOS E HIDROCARBONETOS AROMÁTICOS DE ALQUILA. Processos para otimização de um hidrocarboneto. Em algumas modalidades, o processo pode incluir o contato de uma alimentação contendo hidrocarbonetos com um primeiro catalisador que pode incluir um elemento do Grupo 8-10, disposto em um suporte dentro de uma primeira zona de conversão para efetuar desidrogenação, desidroaromatização e/ou desidrociclização de uma porção da alimentação, para produzir o efluente da primeira zona de conversão que inclui um ou mais hidrocarbonetos otimizados, hidrogênio molecular e alimentação não convertida. O processo também pode incluir por em contato o efluente da primeira zona de conversão com um segundo catalisador que pode incluir um elemento do Grupo 8-10, disposto em um suporte dentro de uma segunda zona de conversão para efetuar desidrogenação, desidroaromatização e/ou desidrociclização de pelo menos uma porção da alimentação não convertida para produzir um efluente da segunda zona de conversão, que inclui uma quantidade adicional de hidrocarbonetos otimizados e hidrogênio molecular. Uma temperatura do efluente da segunda zona de conversão pode ser maior do que uma temperatura do efluente da primeira zona de conversão.
