Abstract

PROCESSOS PARA MELHORIA DE QUALIDADE DE ALCANOS E HIDROCARBONETOS AROMÁTICOS DE ALQUILA. A presente invenção refere-se a processos para melhorar a qualidade de um hidrocarboneto. Em outras modalidades, o processo para melhorar a qualidade de um hidrocarboneto pode incluir (I) colocar uma alimentação contendo hidrocarboneto em contato com um catalisador que pode incluir um elemento do Grupo 8-10 ou um composto do mesmo, disposto em um suporte para efetuar uma ou mais dentre desidrogenação, desidroaromatização e desidrociclização de pelo menos uma porção da alimentação contendo hidrocarboneto para produzir um catalisador coqueado, e um efluente. O processo também pode incluir (II) colocar pelo menos uma porção do catalisador coqueado em contato com um oxidante para efetuar a combustão de pelo menos uma porção do coque para produzir um catalisador regenerado. O processo também pode incluir (III) colocar uma quantidade adicional da alimentação contendo hidrocarboneto em contato com pelo menos uma porção do catalisador regenerado. Um tempo de ciclo a partir do contato da alimentação contendo hidrocarboneto com o catalisador na etapa (I) até o contato da alimentação contendo hidrocarboneto adicional com o catalisador regenerado na etapa (III) pode ser < 5 horas.
