Abstract
ANTICORPO HUMANIZADO DO RECEPTOR ANTI-IGF-1, MOLÉCULA DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO, VETOR DE CLONAGEM OU VETOR DE EXPRESSÃO, CÉLULA RECOMBINANTE, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM ANTICORPO HUMANIZADO DO RECEPTOR ANTI-IGF-1, E, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA. São providos: um anticorpo humanizado do receptor anti-IGF-1 que inclui CDRs de uma cadeia leve e uma cadeia pesada derivadas de anticorpo parental de camundongo IGF11-16, e respectivas FRs de uma cadeia leve e uma cadeia pesada derivadas de um anticorpo humano, e em que pelo menos uma das CDRs inclui pelo menos uma substituição de resíduo de aminoácido em relação a uma CDR correspondente do anticorpo parental de camundongo; um fragmento do anticorpo humanizado do receptor anti-IGF-1; ou um derivado deste.
